Job Description

    Dear Freshers,We are looking some talented and enthusiasticpersons who have completed their graduation and are interested in pursuing a career in International Customer Support. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients based in different countries, primarily during night shifts.Responsibilities:
    • Communicate with clients over the phone, email, and chat to understand their queries and provide appropriate solutions
    • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service
    • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer queries and complaints
    Requirements:
    • Graduate in any discipline
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in night shifts
    • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
    • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
    Compensation:
    • Maximum package of 3.6 LPA
