    • Conduct hands-on training sessions to teach candidates various home management skills, including housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and organizing.
    • Provide guidance and support to candidates during practical training exercises, ensuring they get the necessary skills and knowledge.
    • Assess the performance and progress of candidates, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in home management services to incorporate into training programs.
    • Maintain records of candidate attendance, performance, and training outcomes.
    THE BEST FIT CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE
    • Hotel management Graduate
    • A candidate should be Female
    • Previous experience in hotels, facility management, or related industries is highly needed.
    • Skills Required: Materials & Washing | Washing Machines | Drying & Folding | Stain Removal | Shoe Care | Ironing Techniques | Bed-Making | Wardrobe Management| Ambience Maintenance | Dresser & Counter Management
    • Strong expertise in housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and organizing tasks.
    • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
