Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
      • Conduct recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviews.
      • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and integration activities.
      • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
      • Foster a positive working environment and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
      • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
      • Identify training needs and design employee development programs.
      • Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills.
      • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
      • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
      • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyse results to improve workplace culture.
      • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
      • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
