Job Description

    Were looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with 12 years of hands-on experience to help us build, deploy, and improve ML models that solve real business problems. Youll work closely with data scientists/analysts, backend engineers, product, and QA to take models from experimentation to production.Machine Learning Engineer (1-3 Years Experience)Salary Details1 to 3 years of experience salary range upto 7 LPARequired Skills & Qualifications
    • 12 years of experience building ML models and/or deploying them in real projects (internships count if strong)
    • Strong Python skills and experience with ML libraries: scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow
    • Solid understanding of ML fundamentals: bias/variance, overfitting, evaluation metrics, cross-validation
    • Experience with data handling using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL basics
    • Familiarity with API development and model serving (e.g., FastAPI/Flask)
    • Understanding of Git, code reviews, and basic software engineering practices
    • Ability to communicate clearly and work in a fast-moving team
    Tech Stack (Typical)
    • Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Pandas, SQL
    • FastAPI/Flask, Docker, Git
    • Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), MLflow/W&B (if applicable)
    Education
    • Bachelors in CS/AI/DS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience/projects
