The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of experience in the HR department of a Japanese company. The primary responsibilities will include recruitment and managing other HR operations.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment:Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.HR Operations:Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Conduct employee orientation and training programs.Employee Relations:Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.Organize and coordinate employee events and activities.Provide support in performance management and employee development initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 1 years of experience in the HR department of a Japanese company.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Preferred Skills:Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.Knowledge of Japanese work culture and business practices.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Friendly and supportive work environment.interseted candidates Please share your revert over mailhidden_email
