Job Description

    Job Title: Management Trainee RecruitmentRole Overview:We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Management Trainees in Recruitment. This role offers hands-on experience across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, providing a strong foundation in talent acquisition and staffing. You will collaborate with clients and candidates while gaining exposure to multiple industries, along with performance-driven career growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
    • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases
    • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
    • Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic or virtual)
    • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
    • Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records
    • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates
    • Understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
    • Support client relationship management by ensuring timely and quality hiring delivery
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Keen interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic proficiency in MS Office and online tools
