Job Description

    US Based company in GurgaonExperience - Min 5yrsShould have work in BPO company
    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to offer negotiation.
    • Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
    • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
    • Drive innovative recruitment strategies using social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
    • Coordinate onboarding and ensure a positive candidate-to-employee experience.
    • Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the BPO sector.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
