DescriptionPosition: HR Recruiter Education: Graduate Experience: 6 months to 2 years Industry Type: IT Solutions provider Job Location: Sohna Road, Gurgaon Desired Candidate Skills: - Good written and verbal communication skill - Experience in Office automation tools (MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc) - Ability to build strong relationships - Self-confidence and self starter Job Description: - Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates - Sourcing resumes through various job portals, social media and contacts - Review and understand job requirements - Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met - Ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position - Must be well versed with end to end IT and all levels of recruitment process - Networking, build relationship with candidates, speak to them on regular basis - Sharing daily work status report Shift Timings: 9:15 A.M. to 6:15 P.M.
