Job Description

    Job descriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job positions. Daily tasks include conducting interviews and negotiating job offers. This is a full-time on-site role.Role & responsibilitiesAssist In Posting Job Openings and Reviewing Resumes.Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements.Screening the candidates resumes and contacting relevant candidates.Coordinate Interviews and Communicate with Candidates.Scheduling, Follow-up, and Coordination with candidates to ensure show-up and feedback from the interviewer.Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.Assist In Maintaining Employee Records and Updating Hr Databases.Assist In Handling Employee Inquiries and Requests.Preferred candidate profileMinimum 6 months Experience is MandatoryQualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance or a related field.Proven experience as an HR Recruiter and Generalist.Strong understanding of recruitment processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
