As an intern, you will assist in recruiting top talent, building candidate relationships, and contributing to the success of our workforce. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical HR experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process for insurance agents by sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
    • Documentation: Ensure that all required documentation for new agents is completed accurately and promptly.
    • Product Training: Gain expertise in TATA AIA product plans and assist in onboarding and training new agents.
    • Inquiries: Respond to recruitment-related inquiries and provide potential applicants with relevant information about the role and company.
    • Screening: Screen and evaluate leads by calling candidates, discussing their qualifications, and explaining insurance plans.
    • Training Coordination: Organize and schedule training sessions for shortlisted agents to ensure smooth onboarding.
    What We Need:
    • Education: Bachelors/PG degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
    • Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, familiarity with CRM systems, and a self-motivated, proactive attitude.
