HVAC Project EngineerJob descriptionThe HVAC Project Engineer is a part of the HVAC Team within the larger Team and will be responsible for HVAC Project Execution.Key Responsibilities:(1) Lead project management by monitoring progress against timelines, milestones and budgets for multiple concurrent engagements(2) Coordinate & effective communication will all project stake holders (Team members, Consultants/Architects, Engineers, Owners, Contractors, PMC, etc.)(3) Assist in developing and continuously improving the firms internal project execution abilities and strengths(4) Manage day to day work of team including labour/material/measurement/billing management(5) Provide sales, marketing and administrative support & functionsKnowledge, skills & Experience required:(1) Good understanding of HVAC Design, Execution & Commissioning skills
1. Duct Design & Sizing
2. Chilled Water & Condensate Water Piping Design & Sizing
3. Heat Load Calculation
4. Understanding of Chillers, VRV/VRF system
5. Measurement Certification
6. Site Execution Quality Documentation & compliance
7. Execution troubleshooting
8. HVAC Electricals & Controls knowledge
9. Ability to read all tender drawings, specifications, equipment manuals and ensure compliance
