  • Project Role Description :Develop Cloud solutions, support sales teams, perform opportunity triage and sales support liaison and coordinate with clients the details of the solution. Has expertise in one or more Public Cloud provider technologies and is capable of embedding these capabilities into existing or new cloud-based infrastructure solutions.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a ITM- HTEMS, RTEMS, TEPS, WPA, SPA TDW on different ITM agents b ITCAM /ITM Application agents c Good knowledge of Agent builder to create custom Agent and installation / configuration with custom Agent d ITM6 Agent Builder e Working knowledge on ITM Infrastructure V63
      • Technical Experience : a Management of ITM and its components b Management of ITM agents ITCAM Application agents c Networking concepts including firewalls, network protocols, and IP addressing d Server administration and custom advance SQL based reporting e Scripting - Perl, Shell, etc,
      • Professional Attributes : Good understanding of ITIL framework Flexible to work in 24x7 environment Should have knowledge of SLAs OLAs and KPIs Well versed Corporate ethics and compliance Team player who also works well independently self-motivated Work on the service improvement program
      • Educational Qualification : Bachelor degree or 3 year diploma and 15 years of full time education
