Job Description

    *What will your essential responsibilities include
    • Support the Global Lead of Innovation in creation of and executing on an Innovation strategy aligned with overall business strategy
    • Drive development of an Innovation culture across your assigned business unit, global function through active engagement with colleagues across all levels leveraging various creative and innovative means
    • Engage with external stakeholders (business partners, start-ups and other ecosystem participants) as needed, to scout for and identify relevant innovation ideas and translate them into tangible products, solutions that benefit the business
    • Lead identified innovation projects ensuring successful end-end delivery and working in partnership with relevant internal, external stakeholders
    • Partner with key areas within various Business Units, Global Technology, Transformation & Change Delivery, Group and other teams for Projects and for Business as Usual
    • Ensure that Innovation is infused across the organization transforming how the business operates on a day-day basis and avoid creating silo islands of excellence
    In this role, you will report to the Global Lead of Innovation, *We re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
    • Leader with strong business acumen and commercial awareness
    • Good understanding of the latest innovations, emerging trends and how they can be applied in a business context. Hands-on experience in or exposure to atleast some innovations would be an advantage
    • Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills and ability to navigate across levels in a global matrixed organization
    • Brings in a collaborative spirit, can-do attitude and a Customer First mindset
    • Requires a combination of solid execution, strategic thinking and ability to connect the dots
    • A minimum of a bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline
    • 8-12+ years of experience in a Commercial, Technology, Innovation or related roles with 2+ years of experience leading projects and/or people
    • Passion for digital, data and AI and experience working within a digital and data driven organization
