Job Description

Roles Responsibilities:

  • Use an agile approach to SDLC to work with members in three-week sprints. As a Lead, you will ensure all User Stories are Tasked, sized and completed in a timely manner using Azure DevOps.
  • The flexibility of hours in order to connect with US-based managers during India night time as per schedule.
  • Work to remove roadblocks for the team to ensure the efficiency of development and testing.
  • Flexibility to be able to help development or testing as needed, at any point in time.
  • Produce technical design documents that translate business and functional requirements into system requirements.
  • Take a direct involvement in the teams development towards CI/CD.
  • Support the Prototyping and implementation of solutions that meet performance, reliability, and scalability using Office 365 tools, the Power Platform (PowerApps, Flow, PowerBI), CSS, SPFx JavaScript.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with US-based development resources.
  • When necessary, provide afterhours support on critical application related issues.
  • Willing to travel if required.

Qualification

  • BA/BS degree (preferably in information technology or software development) or equivalent strong work experience.
  • 3 5 years experience leading a team of developers and/or test engineers.
  • 7 10 years experience developing custom web-based solutions with SharePoint 2013, 2016 or Office 365.
  • Hands on experience designing and developing solutions using provider and SharePoint-hosted (more emphasis on SharePoint-Hosted Addins) SharePoint Add-ins; Client Object Model (CSOM); .Net Framework, C#, HTML, CSS, REST services, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, jQuery, the Power Platform (PowerApps, Flow, PowerBI), PowerShell and workflows.
  • Website application design and development experience using C#, .NET, Visual Studio, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.
  • Experience testing web applications using tools such as Selenium, Sigma or Coded UI.
  • Experience with SharePoint CI/CD.
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer, Team Site setup and configuration, web parts and custom workflows.
  • Source code management experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps and GIT
  • Proven experience working with Agile SDLC methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix Essentials O365, etc).
