Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Generate leads: Conduct market research and identify potential customers through various channels such as online directories, social media, and industry events.
    2. Initiate contact: Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce the companys products or services.
    3. Qualify prospects: Determine the prospects needs and budget, and assess their level of interest in the companys offerings.
    4. Build relationships: Develop a rapport with potential customers by understanding their pain points and providing customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
    5. Close deals: Use persuasive sales techniques to convince prospects to make a purchase and meet sales targets.
    6. Manage accounts: Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
    7. Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
    8. Maintain accurate records: Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with all relevant customer interactions, opportunities, and sales.
