Inside sales - Business to Business Full time employment Salary Depends on the quality of the candidateJob description: This position is focused on creating and developing high performing team whose focus will be pipeline generation, and acquisition of new customers. It is expected to foster an exceptional sales team culture of high performance and solution-based sales.What should you do

  • New customer acquisition
  • Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team objectives
  • Customer relationship management
  • Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio
  • Key account management
  • New account development
  • Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, objection handling, and a desire to meet objectives
  • Able to function in fast paced, high transactional sales environment with focus on developing, servicing, and nurturing customer relationships
  • Ability to demonstrate the value proposition of the products, and services. Build and cultivate sales pipeline
  • Maintain market knowledge including competitive products, pricing, and policies, keep up to date knowledge on competitors
  • Build relationships with clients over the telephone and through web communications
  • Schedule and confirm consultation appointment
  • Use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to gain acceptance of products and services
  • Follows the company sales lead management process
  • Leverages tools, reports, and resources to maximize sales results
  • Be open to and responds to coaching and feedback on sales approach and goal achievement
  • Seeks guidance on areas of improvement
What You Need for this Position
  • Bachelors degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Has strong business experience and knowledge of the industry
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve goals
  • Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity
  • Excel at developing relationships over the phone
  • A self-starter who is resourceful and creative in their approach to get things done
  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and could multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Proficient computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
