Job Description

    Job Opening: Insurance Sales and Customer Support (Banking Sector)Location: Gurugram Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday Off)Salary: 18,000 CTC - 28,000 CTC (based on skills and experience) Incentives up to 20,000/monthWho Can Apply: Freshers and experienced candidatesKey Responsibilities:
    • Assist customers with their insurance needs and queries.
    • Promote and sell insurance products offered by the banking sector.
    • Provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
    Requirements:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Sales-driven attitude with a customer-centric focus.
    • Ability to handle queries professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Fresher or experience in sales/customer support is welcome.
