    Job Description Marketing InternCompany: Acolyte LivingDesignation:Intern - MarketingLocation: GurgaonEmployment Type: InternshipAbout the RoleAcolyte Living is looking for a Marketing Internwho will support the team in managing inventory-related activities, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth availability and movement of inventory.The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and data.Responsibilities
    • Maintain and regularly update inventory records and databases.
    • Track inventory availability, movement, allocation, and consumption.
    • Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Procurement, and other relevant teams for inventory requirements.
    • Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess inventory, or discrepancies.
    • Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports and MIS.
    • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper documentation of inventory.
    • Support inventory audits and reconciliation activities.
    • Track incoming and outgoing inventory and update records accordingly.
    • Assist in forecasting inventory requirements based on business needs.
    • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
    • Identify and report inventory-related discrepancies to the concerned team.
    • Support marketing and operational activities related to inventory planning and utilization.
    • Perform other inventory management and analytical tasks assigned by the manager.
