Graduates/Under Grads candidates should have excellent communication and written skills.2. Typing speed up to 20w.p.m with at least 85% accuracy.3. Well versed with the use of Internet.4. Must be willing to work in shifts (24*7/Roster offs/No Cabs)5. Minimum 6 months Chat/voice/blended experience in international-1. Must possess Verbal & Written English communication skills, and strong Hindi skill (No RTI and MTI).2. Clarity in speech with neutral accent.3. Should have problem solving attitude.4.
