Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Care Executive US Voice Process (Restaurant Order Taking)Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Work From Office)Salary: Up to 35,000 per month Attractive Weekly IncentivesShift Timing: 1:30 a.m. 10:30 a.m. (US Night Shift)Working Days: 6 Days a WeekKey Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound calls from customers based in the United States.
    • Assist customers with restaurant food orders and ensure accurate order placement.
    • Enter customer orders into the system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Address customer queries, concerns, and order-related requests in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-centric approach throughout all interactions.
    • Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to achieve individual and team goals.
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (BPO experience preferred).
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
    • Strong listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
    • Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
    • Comfortable working in permanent night shifts.
    • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
    Compensation & Benefits:
