Job Description

    We are hiring for Sales Manager(IPC) for one of our reputed Co-working Spaces CompanyExperience: 3 to 5 YearsNature of Past Experience: Knowing the IPCs landscape of Delhi NCR to some extent and personal touch in whatever previous roles.Coworking Operators, Aggregators, Commercial Real Estate Developers, brief IPC stints, Leading DPCs used by IPCs.Qualification: MBA Full Time for a college of reasonable repute with a good scoreGood Command Over English, Pleasing Personality, not a job hopper, Excited to travel within city /field work, Personal Mobility preferred, aggressively using social media.Gender: Male/FemaleAge: 30 to 35 Location: Saket or Gurgaon when a new center is opened, with occasional posting for training, and review to other centers, especially Head Office (Center Noida 142).Residing within the vicinity Of Gurgaon or South Delhi to make Saket or New Centre in GGN as her HQ as all IPCs have a major presence in GGN only.Probation: 6 MonthsKRA IPC Relationship Management (include A-grade brokers)Lead Generation from IPC and Overseeing the closure with the help of the Sales DivisionHandling Managed Office DealsSelective working on Direct Target clientOverseeing and coordinating Marketing Initiatives for LeasingMeeting Associations of Brokers/industries etc.Coordinating with other divisions like Sales/SS/CM/CI for offers, visits, and closures.Mostly Field Work: Yes 60-70%
