Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: - Guiding the team and organization on how to use Scrum practices and values to delight customers and following Agile methodology to gather requirements, design, and develop high quality deliverables.- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity.- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.- Providing all measurement data to the Senior Leadership teams.- Incorporating regular and appropriate consultation with business can other stakeholders to validate project trajectory and project performance. An ideal candidate will be/have: - Should have knowledge about Agile techniques.- Thorough knowledge of Scrum.- Strong team player.- CSM / Agile Coach certification would be a plus.- Strong analytical skills.- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to properly articulate complicated requirements.,
