Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills, with atalent for workflow development and process optimization.Project Planning and Execution Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule,budget, and resource allocation.:Lead project execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Utilize project management tools and software to track progress, manage resources, and monitorperformance.Adjust project plans as needed to address changing circumstances and ensure project objectives aremet.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define projectobjectives, and ensure alignment with business goals.Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders through regular updates andmeetings.Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships to ensure project support andcooperation.Facilitate decision-making processes to resolve conflicts and ensure project success.Team Leadership:Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging open communication andknowledge sharing.Lead and motivate project teams, providing direction, support, and guidance.Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their professional development.Conductregular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.Risk Management Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive risk managementstrategies.:Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project success.Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle, adjusting plans as necessary.Communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders to ensure transparency and buy-in.Quality Assurance:Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.Conduct regular reviews and implement improvements as needed to maintain high-quality outcomes.Establish and enforce quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistency and reliability.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct testing and validation of project deliverables.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-projectevaluations.Provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and keyachievements.Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to stakeholders.Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for executive review and decision-making.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Skills:Strong understanding of various Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g, JIRA).Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing software development, infrastructure, or other ITrelated projects.2-5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully managingand delivering IT projects.Educational Qualification: Information Technology (IT)Bachelors Degree: A degree in a related field isoften required, such as:Computer ScienceBusiness Administration (with a focus on ITMasters Degree: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis on InformationTechnology(Optional but Preferred)Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP):Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) for roles involving cybersecurity.
