Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various technical positions. This role requires strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies, as well as a passion for matching skilled professionals with exciting opportunities.Key Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify top IT talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate technical skills and cultural fit.
    • Manage and coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating offers.
    • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
    • Stay updated on the latest technology trends, tools, and recruitment best practices.
    • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software to track and manage candidate data.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring teams.
    Qualifications and Skills
    • 0-2 years of experience in IT recruitmentor similar role in technical recruitment.
    • Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., software development, systems administration, cloud computing).
    • Experience with sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
