Job Description

• Good knowledge of Computer Operations
• Working knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Should be able to do basic System Troubleshooting
• Good Knowledge of Software Installation
• Coordination with AMC vendors for preventive and breakdown maintenance of Hardware.
• Configuration of LAN/Internet Broadband/wi-fi/ Data Cards/ etc.
• Active participation in testing of software/ERP Application & feedback to Higher Level
• Training to employees on how to use Internal ERP Applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills
