Job Description

    Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Item Review Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing flagged product listings to ensure compliance with our product listing policies. This role involves carefully analyzing items flagged by the system, identifying potential issues, and taking appropriate actions based on established guidelines. The goal is to maintain the integrity of the product catalog and ensure only compliant items are listed.Responsibilities:
    • Review and analyze flagged product listings for potential policy violations.
    • Assess items for compliance with the product listing guidelines, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
    • Action tickets efficiently and effectively based on predefined workflows and guidelines.
    • Document and escalate any unclear or ambiguous cases to the appropriate teams for resolution.
    • Collaborate with team members to identify trends and potential improvements in the review process.
    • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and productivity while meeting daily/weekly review targets.
    • Stay updated on policy changes and incorporate them into the review process.
    Eligibility:
    • Good command of English communication.
    • Reliable internet connection and must have their own system.
    • Must be willing to work in night/rotational shifts (shifts change every 1 to 2 months).
    • Will need to remain logged in to the common bridge for the entire duration of the shift.
    • Freshers are also welcome.
    Working Details:
    • 5 Working Days a week.
