Job Description

    • Innovative: Develop new insights, able to convert market trends into Designs and products
    • Ownership: Aware of current and future trends in the jewelry market and creating innovative designs with high GC products.
    • Drive for Results: Hands on approach, to be proactive.
    • Interpersonal Effectiveness: Understands the business requirements, has long term perspective, involves and engages others, respects value of individual contribution of various stakeholders including vendor partners.
    • Customer Focus: Able to anticipate customer needs for existing and potential customers.
    • Dealing with Ambiguity: Ability to synthesize knowledge from various sources, and constantly update the knowledge base.
    • Concept Development:Create innovative jewelry concepts based on trends and client briefs, focusing on both international and domestic designs.
    • Trend Analysis:Analyze trends for existing customers and adapt designs accordingly.
    • Presentation Preparation:Develop presentations for new collections and design selections for sales and shows.
    • Specification Sheets:Create detailed spec sheets to guide production.
    • Cross-Collaboration:Collaborate with CAD designers, manufacturers, and the design team from inception to the first sample.
    Knowledge of Coral Draw software and Manual designing is a MUST.
