Job Description

    * Looking for highly motivated and experienced sales professionals with fresh / 2-3 years of experience to join our Services Sales team at the Gurgaon location. This position reports to the Head - Key Account, Service sales. This business-to-business sales professional should be able to prospect target accounts for new business, maintain an existing territory of business as well as establish and work with partners.The candidate must be comfortable in selling technical services solutions (modernization / up-gradation / recurring services / Spare parts) to all segments. Experience in MV / LV / Process Automation or Equipment or Solution / Transactional sales is one of the key added parameters. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for new Business generation via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing services solutions and productsSell a full range of services offers; requires consultative-selling skillsManage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycleProvide a consultative solutions sales process to prospectsWorking closely with Authorized Service Centers and development of new channels.Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentationsProvide account management to an existing territoryResponsible for tracking customer informationDevelop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our bFO system Desired Skills & Qualifications Must be a self-starterMust be able to demonstrate sales skills (2-3 years) at a high level of achievementSolutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: Secure power ( UPS/Cooling / Data audits / Medium Voltage / Low Voltage Equipment or Electrical Distribution projects or equipment sellingBachelors Degree marketing or related field of study will be an advantageAnalytical skill set, good presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organizationAbility to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a teamGood Written and Verbal Communication SkillsWell-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor Travel
