Job Description

    Greetings!Major Responsibilities:- Targeted Knowledge Creation:o Systematic tracking of active engagements and initiating case close KM activities to develop shareable IP as per the prescribed KM processeso Develop strategic IP from past cases including sample outputs and frameworks which would be useful for future case teamso Ensure the Analytical Approach from cases is developed and documented as part of the final IP developed from caseso Develop and maintain Credential Packs and Partner CV repository in consultation with the KMS with inputs from the sector leaders- Develop CD/BD IPo Source case team inputs on the engagement and develop case credentials as per companys prescribed brand guidelineso Develop IP from proposals for sold and lost cases and build useful slides on approach and methodology/sample outputs or market trends- Provide targeted knowledge support to case teamso Offer front line support to case teams by rapidly responding to queries on past cases, leveraging tacit knowledge and shared learnings to ensure recent and current IP is leveraged providing early and ongoing support during the case lifecycle- Continuous stakeholder engagemento Support the APAC KMS and APAC KM lead and work closely to track KM imperatives through continuous engagement to socialize knowledge creation activities and seek timely support and feedback- Adherence to KM processes and system requirementso Ensure timeliness in system updates are always maintained to enable effective monitoring of KM operationso Ensure document processing guidelines are adhered at all times as per companys prescribed KM policies and guidance- Enhance Sector specific KM processes:o Proactively participate in improving KM tools, systems and methodologies to better serve FS sector within the GCC region for case work and CD support activities- Global KM participation:o Be an active member of the Global KM group and participate in all relevant KM meetingsCandidate Qualifications:- Bachelors degree required with strong academic credentials; a focus on Finance, Economics, or Business is a plus.- 1-3 years of experience, within the professional services industry, preferably with exposure to the Financial Services sector.- Experience supporting business development and client development isadvantageous.- Proficiency in the O365 Suite is required; experience with SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate is critical.- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, particularly knowledge mapping and needs identification- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English- Strong attention to detail in managing knowledge assets and developing client-facing materials while ensuring prescribed compliance standards are maintained- Proven ability to engage stakeholders across all levels- High performance, enthusiasm, and a commitment to driving growth
