Job Description

As a Lead Engineer in Gurgaon with 8-10 years of experience, you will have the following responsibilities:- Oversee the technologies, tools, and techniques used within the team.- Work closely with the team based on business requirements on tasks related to design and requirements.- Ensure that development standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to.- Drive change to implement effective strategies as advised by management.- Collaborate with peers in the business to fully understand the business processes and requirements.- Ensure that all software developed within your team satisfies the specified business requirements.Your technical skills should include:- VS 2015/2017/2019, Framework 3.5/4.5, 4.7, .Net Core, ASP.NET, C#, Web services, Web API, SQL Server 2012/2014/2016, MVC 4/5/6, Angular 7, Entity Framework.- Any Source Control configuration among TFS, GIT, SVN, Continuous Integration, Logging Frameworks.Your essential skills should encompass:- Excellent communication skills.- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.- Experience in working as a Technical mentor to team members and conducting code reviews.Desirable skills that would be beneficial for this role:- Experience in other DBs like MongoDB, MySQL, PostGRES.- Experience with Unit Testing Framework, Developer Tools like FxCOp, Firebug, ReSharper.- Experience in a cloud environment AWS/Azure.Educational Requirements:- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, BCA, MCA.This role will involve working closely with your team to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions that meet the business requirements.
