Job Description

Lead, Operational Reporting and MetricsWhat this job involves:

  • Create, standardize and automate reports for HR Service Delivery stakeholders using Workday, SQL and Tableau
  • Mining, cleansing, standardising and analysing structured and unstructured data using SQL and other tools
  • Perform structured testing as required by system upgrades or customized enhancements
  • Analyze and translate data and trends into insights, compile and share analysis with stakeholders
  • Publish reports and dashboard as per defined frequency and business requirements
  • Understand, evaluate and resolve data reporting requests and enabling HR service/business delivery to become more efficient and effective
  • To identify focus areas and opportunities through reports and insights and support driving relative improvements in HR Service Delivery teams
  • Provide project management support to reporting manager/leader or HR Business Leaders and Stakeholders

  • Advanced Knowledge on MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, MS Access) is a must
  • Excellent Customer service skills using highly efficient methods
  • Excellent team player and individual contributor
Sound like you To apply you need to have :
  • 12 years of experience in the field of HR Data Reporting, Metrics or Analytics
  • Demonstrating excellent understanding of HR data reporting practices and procedures
  • Hands-on experience in a Workday ERP environment and reporting modules
  • Knowledge of Case Management platforms like Servicenow, Siebel, Oracle Fusion will be an added advantage
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or Statistic or related field
  • Proven work experience creating and delivering reports/queries through an enterprise reporting system
  • Knowledge of statistical methodologies like regression, clustering, forecasting, predictive analytics etc.
  • Script writing and data analysis (SQL/Python/ R)
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization software
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with a great attention to detail
