Job Description

    About the Role: Join our Learning and Development (L&D) team as an intern to gain hands-on experience in creating impactful learning solutions and enhancing organizational growth. This role is ideal for college students with strong communication skills, a passion for writing, and an eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct research on learning content.
    • Assist in writing, editing, and developing training content and materials.
    Requirements:
    • Education: Any college going student or fresher (except technical disciplines).
    • Good grasp of English, both spoken and written.
    • Aspiration or experience in content writing.
    • Strong research skills with previous project work preferred.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Effective time management and the ability to work independently.
    • Availability to report to work daily.
