You will work closely with the client, IBM s operation management, and staff. You will define, develop, plan and implement training needs to provide best in class training delivery.If you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative workplace, IBM provides an environment where you will be challenged and inspired every single day.     • Engage Client Managers and Business Unit Leaders to define, build and document training forecasts
    • Collaborate with the Delivery teams to identify and analyze gaps in Communication and Soft skills aimed at Conscious & Outcome based Learning.
    • Design appropriate learning solutions that lead to measurable performance outcomes
    • Contribute towards content development and delivery of training that will cater to the specific needs identified by the businesses/clients
    • Constantly upgrade your Soft Skills and keep them relevant to business
    • Ability to facilitate sessions using various methodologies viz, classroom set up, Live Virtual Classes, curating content for Self-Paced online modules etc.
    • Bringing to the table innovative methods of training delivery that are learner centric and focus on customized outcomes.
    • Enhance the performance of individuals thereby adding value to our stakeholders and creating a visible and measurable impact on behaviors and performance.
    • Upon approval of a new training requirement, work with the business to set the expectations and requirements
    • Work within pre-defined Learning & Knowledge processes while assessing that process to identify, recommend areas, improve and build standard methodologies to follow for delivering the required training
    • Collaborate with Top Management to identify Competency based leadership development arena.
    • Engage employees and add learning that is fueled with fun and gamification.
    • Work in conjunction with the business in the establishment of weekly/quarterly/yearly Global Training Delivery Center goals.
    • Review, analyze, and support teams to ensure training goals are being met through a reciprocal approach
    • Provide post training support and ensure a detailed study to identify feedback and resolve concerns from the conducted trainings
    • Participate in client meetings to construct everlasting work relations that shall enhance strong customer satisfaction
    • Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in training & development (preferably in ITES / BPO / HR / F&A domains)
    • Fluent communication skills at a professional level
    • Able to deliver training sessions (classroom/virtual) directed towards large teams and engage them
    • Experience in building rapport and collaborating with Client Managers through the training modules designed for delivery teams
    • Demonstrable experience to partner with new joiners and provide support at all times in terms of clarifying questions.
    • Build expertise in soft skills domain, understanding of business strategy for training and drive innovation
    Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Experience in Training & Development in a corporate or consultancy set-up
    • Equipped with consultative instinct, passionate about training and not view the role as transactional
    • Proficiency and experience in conducting classroom sessions, delivering presentations, prepare training road maps will be an advantage
    • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals
    • Proven change management and be open to it good time management and work under tight deadlines
    • Demonstrated interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • Maintain expert communication skills & knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
