Drafting & Vetting of Contracts & Agreements.Providing innovative and creative legal strategies and solutions to the management for safeguarding the interest.Preparing replies of the notices, Affidavits, Counter-Affidavits,Plaints,Written Statements.Draft issues,Appeals,and claims etc for submission/pleadings in various legal proceedings before the courts.Handling cases under civil,criminal and arbitration law including company law, property law, consumer protection law,labour laws, negotiable instrument act,and payment and settlement act and police complaint and execution of Dasti Summons& Warrants etc.Ensure compliance of directions/orders of the court/Arbitrator by preparing/arranging relevant documents.Co-ordination with various department of the company for prosecution of the case.Preparing brief for solicitors/counsels and co-ordination with impaneled lawyers.Settle matters with the customer of the company in court , mediation cell and before arbitrator.Extensive liasoning with law enforcement agencies i.e. police, bailiffs and receivers.
