    Job Title: Personal Loan OfficerDepartment:Retail Banking / Consumer LendingLocation:GurugramJob Type:Full-time---### **Job Summary:**The Personal Loan Officer is responsible for evaluating, processing, and approving personal loan applications in accordance with the banks policies and procedures. The role involves interacting with clients, assessing creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.---### **Key Responsibilities:*** Promote and sell personal loan products to existing and potential customers.* Assess customers financial background and ability to repay loans.* Collect and verify customer documentation, including salary slips, bank statements, IDs, and other necessary documents.* Evaluate loan applications and ensure they meet internal credit criteria and policies.* Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application and approval process.* Coordinate with credit analysts and risk management departments for complex cases.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and loan documentation.* Follow up on pending applications and ensure timely disbursal of approved loans.* Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to personal lending.* Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.---### **Qualifications:*** Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.* 13 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in personal lending or sales.* Strong knowledge of banking products, especially personal loans.* Good understanding of credit assessment and risk management.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Sales-oriented with a customer-focused approach.* Proficiency in MS Office and banking software systems.* Fluency in Arabic and English.---### **Key Competencies:*** Analytical thinking* Attention to detail* Time management* Negotiation skillsSalary negotiableShare cv hidden_mobile
