If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a System Integration Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon, Hary na (IN-HR), India (IN).Relevant experience 4-5 yrs Should have working knowledge of SR/CR/Incident catalogue creation & process flow Should understand SR/CR approval flow Must know various Catalogues creation & designing Must know scripting (Tool Related) ITIL V3/V4 Foundation CertifiedSUMMIT CertifiedSQL & JAVA scripting knowledge ( Mandatory)Excellent in verbal & written communication skills Must know Patch Management architecture & should be able to design the workflow in the ITSM Tool Should have thorough knowledge of Asset Management (HAM & SAM) and designing the process Understanding of Asset licensing & usage Should know Software delivery using tool & should be able to design the end-to-end functionality Should be able to create & edit workgroups Exposure on Symphony Summit & Service Now will be an added advantageRoles % responsibility-Administer entire tool & make sure it is working fine as per expectation Manage all Incidents/SR & CR assigned to Tool Management workgroup Make sure all Incidents/SR & CR are resolved within SLA Responsible for time update of SSL & various other Certificates COE team Make sure timely reminder is sent to all stake holders well before expiring of any important certificate About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
