Maintenance Head Job description
• Develop preventive maintenance system of the plant instruments like PLCs, SCADA, Field instruments, Controllers etc. & record the adherence of it and take corrective actions. Carrying out the predictive maintenance & Spares parts management.
• Planning and affecting the predictive & preventive maintenance schedules of Equipment & machines, electrical network and lighting system to increase the machine uptime & equipment reliability.
• Monitoring of Electrical Safety systems (RCD, Earthing, LOTO system), Machine safety, Electrical motor (AC &DC) & Pumps etc.
• Utilities: Maintenance of DG Sets, Air compressors, Chillers, Boilers, WTP etc.
• Analysis of failure of instruments with Root cause Analysis to improve life of instruments
• Selection, Inspection, testing & Calibration of Instruments as per the schedule & repairing of instruments
• Field instruments and automation system compliance with hazardous area classification
• Handling of process plant and utility instruments also.
