Responsibilities Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee-WAM Developer Integrate data storage solutions through APIs on Azure storage, MS SQL Must have experience in troubleshooting issues & provide resolution to the end users under high pressure environments. Must have experience in Supporting 24x5 mission critical environments. Raise incident / problem tickets as required. RCA support the provision of root cause analysis and associated problem ticket management. Provide second-level support for the resolution of incidents / problem ticket. Provide KT to new team members. Proactive monitoring of batch jobs, transactional errors, dashboards, production reporting schedules, database, and Server health Provide support during key periods of business activity, such as month, quarter, and year end activities. Able to demonstrate the use of problem-solving methodologies. Problem Management (PM) Tracking all the Problems from recording till closure To perform reactive & proactive problem management Providing an effective coordination with other departments to help the PM Team in the analysis and resolution of Problems.Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications Masters/Bachelors or equivalent Degree in ITPreferred Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication. Tool: Service Now, BMC Remedy Knowledge on MS SQL Queries, SQL Server, ETL (SSIS & SSAS) Excellent knowledge of databases, programming processes and report writing (Excel, PPT),
