BACKGROUND INFORMATION AND MAIN ACTIVITIESPlanning and scheduling maintenance jobs.Root cause analysis for breakdowns and implementation ofCountermeasures.Implement PM, TBM, CBM, Predictive maintenance schedules.Responsible for Energy saving activities in the plant resulting lowest P&Fcost.Safety health check up of equipments in department.Comply with applicable rules & regulations in department.Execution of improvement projects.Execution of calibration records for test equipments.Expertise in PLC, CNC, Robotics, VFD s & Servo System.Knowledge of TPM, MTTR, MTBF, Kaizen, 5S, Quality Circle, Poka-Yoke,Process flow improvement & Cycle time improvement.Troubleshooting problems related to Hydraulics & pneumatics.Act as a champion for safety in the plant., * QUALIFICATION: - BE-Electrical EXPERIENCE: - More than 10 years
