    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forManager-Business & AnalyticsKey Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):Data ManagementLead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing and product teams.Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the businessActing as a liaison between IT/ data partners and CRM team for data management and identifying customer segments to be targeted for campaigns.InsightsRoot cause analysis and Deep dive analysis of certain business problems using Machine Learning techniqueMeasure the impact post-implementation and take further steps if necessary.Reformulate highly technical information into concise, understandable terms for presentationsReporting & Data presentationRunning and maintaining the reporting system, presenting insights at a weekly forumBuilding templates, dashboards in Excel or on the intranet for operational and management reportingBusiness analysis and understandingReporting and presentations CRM campaign, Program performance, key project delivery.Evaluating metrics to be tracked as per business goals, exploring other available metrics for deeper understanding of business performanceStatistical and Analytical Models and methods for data analysis.Regards,HR Team
