Job Description

Roles & Responsibility

Business Development :

  • Develop financing models for Electric Bus business.
  • Develop relationship with various Bus OEMs.
  • Work on developing strategic partners for promoting the business.
  • Participation in STU tenders.
  • Forge relationship with STUs for influencing specifications.
  • Develop relationship with Key operators in the country for partnering.
  • Develop and implement strategy for developing business and achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company s customer base.
  • Manage and improve on overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management, and provide accurate sales forecasting for demand planning

Team Development

  • Hiring, training and regular progress auditing.
  • Define and oversee incentive programs that enables staff to achieve their potential.
  • Manage the relationship with internal teams like product, legal, finance and operations teams.

Branding and Visibility

  • Work closely with product marketing to ensure that the right OEMs are partnered with.
  • Participate in market forums.
  • Utilize EMA to help influence policies.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • Develop, recommend, and implement initiatives.
  • Identify, quantify, and manage risks, and ensure that opportunities are identified and pursued, captured, analysed, share suggestions.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • To work cross functionally and influence others through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be self-directed.
