Job Description

    Manager - Business Development (Railways & Metros)Location: DelhiJob Role
    • Drive business development and sales activities across Indian Railways, Metro Rail Corporations, Railway PSUs, and Railway EPC contractors to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and expand the companys presence in railway and metro infrastructure projects across India.
    • Handle tendering activities, bid submissions, vendor registrations, technical-commercial discussions, and coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution.
    • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, project authorities, contractors, and procurement teams to generate and convert business opportunities.
    • Monitor upcoming railway, metro, and infrastructure projects, conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and formulate strategies to maximize business growth.
    Desired Profile:
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in Railway Sales / Business Development.
    • Strong exposure to Indian Railways, Metro Rail Projects, and Railway EPCs.
    • Background from Mechanical Seals, Industrial Tools, Electrical Products, Engineering Components, or Industrial Solutions.
    • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
