    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forManager - FacilitiesWe are looking for a person with a positive mindset to drive operational excellence, and collaboration and support our dynamic team in laying a robust foundation for a global brand that is entering India to establish and advance itself and in which you will have opportunities to continuously developManager FacilitiesEssential Skills for your mission: Diploma Engineer/BE - Mechanical or Electrical with a minimum of 8 years of work Experience Minimum 8 years of work experience in the QSR industry or relevant industry. Managing the Region, supporting & Implement the Facilities Head on Equipment Installations, Equipment Care initiatives, Utility Initiatives setup, and developing service network to cater to their markets/Cities and develop service in their cities/marketsOnce you are here, you will:In-store equipment care and training: Equipment Training systems to be developed and implemented in their Region. All store assets PM average per month must be > 99% All store management is to be trained on PM and troubleshooting. Equipment audits are to be conducted at every restaurant periodically Conducting SCA (Store Condition assessment) in their respective market.Repair & Maintenance Reduce breakdowns through timely service agents PM Refurbished parts / repaired parts from service agents where possible. Regular store visits and equipment/facility audits are to be done to identify issues and complete snags. Vendor bills clearance, follow-ups with vendor and finance team on timely submission of bills/payments, monthly provisions, and any bill clarifications with store manager/district manager Conducting energy audits along with DM Processes equipment upgrades for existing restaurants with justification in place.Equipment Downtime Reduce equipment downtime to lesser than 24 hours for 80% of complaintsfor normal complaints. Implement effective measurement systems in all stores. Spare parts availability physical verification with Service agents on aquarterly basis. Periodic training of service agents through suppliers (twice a year for majorequipment). Sending monthly reports to service providers on uptime performance withrecommendations/analysis for further improvements.Equipment Maintenance: Initiates plans and manages equipment maintenance programs for existingareas Acts as a point of contact for serious maintenance issues in restaurants andtakes appropriate action to resolve them in the quickest time possible withminimum disruption to the business.Service Agent development for existing and new Cities/Markets: Identify service agents for new markets based on agency SWOT in thesemarkets Communications classes for General Maintenance technicians to improvecommunication levels between the restaurant and technicians. In-store training for service agents on restaurant operations Ensure technicians have communication devices for restaurants that can reachthem quickly.Regards,HR Team
