Job Description

    We are looking for a Manager-Financial Planning & AnalysisJob Summary:The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional will play a pivotal role in managing financial performance, driving profitability, and supporting strategic business decisions in the egg industry. This position will focus on business finance, forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking, and providing actionable insights to optimize operations and enhance revenue streams.Key Responsibilities include:
    • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with the companys growth strategy.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as feed costs, production efficiency, distribution expenses, and sales volumes.
    • Prepare detailed variance analyses to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
    • Business Finance Support:
    • Partner with business leaders (e.g., production, supply chain, procurement sales, and marketing) to understand operations, assess financial implications, and improve profitability.
    • Analyze production costs, and inventory management to optimize cost structures.
    • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the impact of market changes, including cost volatility and demand fluctuations.
    • Financial Reporting and Decision Support:
    • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
    • Provide actionable insights on cost optimization, revenue generation, and capital allocation for business units.
    • Collaborate with operations to analyze yields, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
    • Strategic Initiatives:
    • Support new initiatives like capacity expansion, automation, or new product development.
    • Perform investment appraisals, ROI analysis, and feasibility studies for capital expenditures and new ventures.
    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments that may impact the egg industry.
    • Continuous Process Improvement:
    • Develop tools, models, and systems to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
    • Streamline financial processes and implement best practices for reporting and analysis.
    Candidate Skills & Qualifications
    • Chartered Accountant.
    • Proven experience (typically 5 years) in finance or accounting roles,.
    • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
    • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
    Immediate joiners will be given preference.
