The UAT Lead is responsible for supporting the user acceptance test activities within a project or programme to enable digital transformation whilst contributing to the on-going development of the business change and UAT chapter within Business Transformation. Typically reports to the Chapter Lead.Job Responsibilities* Drives the testing effort in the squad by writing and helping others write test cases, performing acceptance tests of user stories on a day-to-day basis and end-to-end testing in relation to larger releases with external stakeholders;* Owns the testing process during test periods where functionality is tested across several squads and departments and drives the squad s test strategy and test efforts (eg taking initiative to automate where possible) ;* Participates in creating quality user stories and grooming and planning to ensure that acceptance criteria are testable, sitting together with designers, SMEs and Product Owners while user stories are developed, and helps with the testing angle;SkillsData Analytics and InsightsData Flow and DecisioningAgileAnalytics, Optimisation and MeasurementTesting and Evaluation,
