Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.Financial Planning & Analysis Band 6.1Shift timings: EMEA (1pm 10pm IST)Depending upon the business needs may require stretching beyond normal working hoursFinance Manager: Digital Business & Technology Solutions (DBTS)The Finance Manager in Digital Business & Technology Solutions (DBTS) will perform a key enabling role supporting the decision-making, governance, and oversight of strategic initiatives within DBTS Finance. The incumbent in this position will be accountable for providing business support, coordination, consulting services and ad-hoc financial analysis.Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
    • 6 - 8 years of relevant experience leading and managing strategic initiatives and/or working in an FP&A Role
    • Ability to independently shape, produce, and deliver ideas, presentations, and documents tailored to executive level audiences
    • Ability to independently define an approach, develop a stakeholder engagement model and influence others
    • Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity within a complex organization across a variety of functions and across various level of management
    • Possesses a growth mindset with willingness to challenge the status quo and try new approaches
    • Proven ability to recognize challenges as opportunities to find practical and innovative solutions
    • Demonstrated strength and ability to design and implement processes and standards
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
    Responsibilities
    • Work in close collaboration with the Digital Enterprise and Strategic Initiatives leader to support Initiatives within DBTS Finance
    • Evaluates financial performance and makes recommendations through insightful management reporting by demonstrating engagement and collaboration with business partners. Calculates and reports financial results and key drivers against budget and forecast, identifying risks and recommendations for reporting purposes.
    • Assist in preparation and consolidation of monthly/quarterly financial reports
    • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports as required
    Continuous Improvement
    • Provide ideas, solutions, and tools to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of FP&A function
    • Initiate Drive improvement projects for Finance, Monitor and deliver on agreed service level metrics.
    • Automation to bring process efficiencies
    Business Partnering
    • Preferably a resource who has worked with different geographies on financial analytics matters.
    • Raise level of financial awareness across the organization
    • Act as the Finance business partner for leadership/Stakeholders/Business partners etc.
    Desirable Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
    • MBA in Finance /CA/CPA/CFA
    • Thorough knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes
    • Knowledge of Oracle general ledger, Planning systems, Discoverer, Hyperion and BI tools (Tableau)
    • Numbers savvy and eye for details
    • A doer, self-driven and highly motivated.
    • Excellent MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint must) skills,
    • VBA skills would be an added advantage (Preferred)
    • Client first approach committed to quality deliverables and drive service improvements.
    • Proactive and resilient. Flexibility in learning new topics, handling change and deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations. Flexible for extended hour working, as per business needs.
    • Operates well in ambiguity and is resilient in changing situations
