Job Description

    Application Support Management : Oversee the day-to-day support of retail applications, including ProductLife Management Cycle(PLM), inventory management systems Monitor application performance, identify areas for improvement, andimplement solutions to enhance system reliability and user experience.Incident and Problem Management: Manage and resolve critical incidents and application issues, ensuringminimal disruption to retail operations. Root cause analysis of Major incidents with corrective action planThird-Party Integrations: Integrate WMS, PLM and other Applications with various third-partyapplications and services, Wondesoft POS. Ensure all integrations are secure, efficient, and provide a seamless userexperience.Project Management: End to End Projects Delivery of Business Applications Act as a liaison between IT, retail operations, and external vendors tocoordinate support activities and address application-related concerns. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on incidentstatus, project progress, and system changes.
