Job Description

    A). Payroll Processing and Management- Off Roll and On-Roll (40% of his/her total responsibilities)
    1. Payroll Processing and management for Off roll and On-Roll Staffs of PVR Group and its entities.
    2. Statutory Payments.
    3. F&F Process- Full and Final Settlements and all separation related calculations and payment process.
    4. Liaison with Payroll and Manpower Partners for Payroll processing and other payroll and statutory related activities.
    5. Supports in Audit activities.
    6. Handling all employees related reimbursements and interface to accounts/employees for payouts.
    7. Maintaining track of LTA, Bonus, other reimbursement claims per policy of the company.
    8. Responsible for processing Leave encashments, Statutory bonus payouts and other allied payouts linked to employees salary.
    9. Point of contact for employees queries related to Insurance, bonus, salary, leaves, attendance payouts and other payouts such as leave encashment, all payroll related transactions.
    B). Payroll Compliances (30% of his/her total responsibilities)
    • Ensure monthly deduction of PF / ESIC / PTax/ LWF/Stat Bonus/ Minimum wage as per relevant Act in payroll.
    • Ensure UAN generation and linking of all new joiners in on roll and off roll employees and taking follow-ups for the pending cases whose UAN are pending in the absence of corrected aadhaar cards.
    • Ensure monthly compliance payment tracker for PF / ESIC / PTax.
    • Ensure monthly challan generation and payments under PF, ESIC & PTax within statutory timelines.
    • Ensure monthly submission of International worker returns under PF
    • Ensure monthly submission of PTax return for Karnataka, Maharashtra, M.P, Telangana and all applicable states and locations.
    • Ensure annual returns under PTEC (employer part) along with tracker.
    • Ensure timely closure of statutory queries with regards to PF and ESIC.
    • Ensure updating pending KYCs in PF portal and taking regular follow-ups for the pending cases.
    • Ensuring online PF corrections are done in time and getting submitted the joint declaration claims, withdrawal claim (old cases), PF transfer cases.
    C). HR Compliances (30% of his/her total responsibilities)Ensure and support in all HR Compliances under the following acts.
    • Shops & Estb. Act
    • CLRA Act
    • Compliance Under Professional Tax Act
    • Minimum Wages Act
    • Payment of Gratuity Act
    • Maternity Benefit Act
    • Payment of Bonus Act
    • Payment of Wages
    • Equal Remuneration Act
    • Annual returns
    • Handling Notices and Litigations
