Job Description

    Role Overview:TheManager Technical Deliveryis responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, ensuring high-quality implementation, support, and continuous improvement of products and services. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring timely project execution while maintaining service excellence.Key Responsibilities:
    • Project & Delivery Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet scope, quality, and timeline expectations.
    • Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
    • Client Engagement:Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Process Optimization:Implement and refine delivery processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
    • Issue Resolution & Risk Management:Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving technical challenges efficiently.
    • Collaboration:Work closely with product, support, and implementation teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery.
    • Technical Expertise:Provide guidance on architecture, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for delivered solutions and SQL knowledge is must.
    • Reporting & Documentation:Maintain clear documentation, status reports, and analytics to track project progress and performance.
    • Compliance & Standards:Ensure adherence to industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
    This role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
