Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We required be mechanical candidates who have completed their graduation batch with throughout 65% without any backlogs and searching a job in mechanical fields. so, interested candidates can find bellow mention job details and Description and can direct apply at hidden_mobile
    1. To monitor and review the organization annual objective in coordination with plant head. 2. To take necessary action in coordination with plant head to ensure the organization targets are achieved as per time line defined. 3. To monitor and review the implementation of quality management system on fortnightly basis with the quality head. 4. To provide feedback to the management for continual improvement in quality management system and effective implementation of the procedures, work instructions and formats. 5. To monitor the Internal Audits for Quality Management System, Process Audits and Product Audits are being conducted as per plan. And manage all type of in-process documentation as per company terms like. 5S, Kaizen, 7QS,4QM, POKA YOKA, IATF Certification etc 6. To ensure that the progress of the internal audits will be presented and available to the top management during the management reviews. 7. To prepare monthly / annual training calendar and to conduct training on quality tools & techniques, 5S, Kaizen, other awareness programs within the organization as per annual training calendar or as per requirement. 8. To generation reports as per the requirement defined in quality management system and asked by top management. 9. To participate and present department progress in weekly, monthly or annual management reviews. 10. To give input to the management on regular basis for improvement in the processes. 11. To prepare Auto-Cad Drawings, Process Sheets, Inspection Standards for the parts and handover to same on approval to concerned production and quality representative. 12. To arrange facilities in-house or externally for the internal or external meetings in the organization. 13. To conduct training on quality tools & techniques, 5S, Kaizen, other awareness programs within the organization as per annual training calendar or as per requirement. 14. To ensure that 5S best practices are identify, displayed and implemented in the organization. 15. To generation reports as per the requirement defined in quality management system and asked by top management. 16. To participate and present department progress in weekly, monthly or annual management reviews. 17. To give input to the management on regular basis for improvement in the processes. 18. To participate in the internal or external meeting representing the department or organization.
    Training Period:- 1 Year is the Training period & After 20% will appraisal fixed in the salary.
